Despatch Times
Standard dispatch time for all custom embroidery or printing orders is 7-10 working days, but at busier times the dispatch time can be longer. While if you ordered a blank garments then we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days subject to stock availability. If you have ordered a custom embroidery or printing item, including logo or text, please look out for an artwork approval email from us that you will have to approve before we begin production process.
Delivery Options
We offer Free UK delivery on all orders over £50 (ex VAT) on site. This applies to all personalised & non-personalised orders. We aim to ship non-personalised garments within 2-3 days while personalised garments between 7-10 days.
