Returns Policy
Return of new or unworn items
We offer 28-day return policy. Refunds will be given provided items are returned back to their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition. Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging. Any return which does not comply with the above i.e. damaged or defective box etc. you will incur a charge to reflect the impact this will have on re-selling the products. These charges will be assessed on each case and it will depend on the amount of damage.
Customised Items
We will replace any customised or branded items with your logo if it is faulty or if we have made a mistake. We don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items. We supply garments from all different manufacturers so a medium in one brand may be different to a medium in another brand, so please ensure you have checked the sizing information before you proceed.
Blank garments can be returned to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund as long as its unworn and in original condition.
If you are sending the item back, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend using tracked signed for service. We will not be liable of the returns lost in transit. Our returns address is:

We don't offer exchanges. If you want to replace your item with a different style or size, your payment will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for the replacement item.
